Bookings

Please email me maija@freelyforwardbodywork.com to schedule. I do my best to accommodate schedules, but prefer to work 8-5 monday-friday. I am generally booked about 3-4 weeks in advance. Please keep this in mind when you reach out. Additionally, it’s best to stay on my schedule if you want regular work done, instead of trying to get in at the last minute “as needed”. 

Cancellations: Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Due to the traveling nature of appointments, I generally have a few people in your area lined up to see that day. If you change your time, it may affect other appointments. If you do not give more than 24hrs notice, full payment of the appointment booked will be expected. 

Other: Please have your horse in, dry, and in a clean quiet place at your appointment time. If I have to grab your horse from the field, clean it, reblanket, etc, that will count toward their appointment time. 

If your horse damages my equipment, you are liable for replacement/ repair.
